QuestBack AS has acquired ownership of REFLEKS AS from October 2008.

QuestBack is one of Europe’s largest and leading players within the Enterprise Feedback Management market (EFM) with a presence in 19 countries, primarily in Europe, but also in the USA, Canada and South Africa.

What does this mean for you as a REFLEKS customer?

In the short-term this will not affect your working day at all. QuestBack has taken over the operation of the services offered by REFLEKS and you can continue to use these as normal. You will notice that the REFLEKS website has undergone a number of changes, but you can still log into the service just as you have always done.

Option to convert to QuestBack’s services

QuestBack would like to offer you the opportunity to convert to QuestBack’s extended service. All of your customer history, previous questionnaires and answers from respondents can be converted. By doing so you will not lose any of the information that you have already built up by working with REFLEKS.

Customer Success Team (CST)

The QuestBack service includes a dedicated team whose main objective is to enable our customers to succeed and find added value by working with QuestBack. The team provides support, quality assurance, workshops and training courses, including free advice and competency transfer related to question methodology and content.
